Happy Birthday to you, my boy! 🎉

You will always be extra special to me, you were oneof the reasons why I fell for for your uncle, you know na..with that dark chocolate and that drooling smile..You were the very first little baby boy I held at my to be husband’s home—a tiny bundle who made me both nervous and overjoyed at the same time. I still remember how you sang for me, hugged me, looked at me suspiciously yet knowing she is someone who is gonna be my friend for life and above all you were so possessive of your uncle in those early days (as if you had a secret rulebook: “He’s MY person, hands off!” 😄). And yet, look at us now—we’ve grown from that playful rivalry into the best of friends, now we are in one team except for the football team 😉😉 but I would be lying if I say..we don’t miss you when watching football matches, it’s not the same but soon we will meet and watch matches together and shout and fight yet enjoy the time together.❣️❣️

Thank you, my darling, for training me and Jeff to become parents with your love. You were our first taste of what it feels like to pour your heart into a child, and you did it so effortlessly just by being yourself. You are an amazing, God-fearing young man, and we couldn’t be prouder of the person you’re becoming.

Though miles and oceans keep us apart in New Zealand, know that on this birthday—and every day—we are still connected. Our love doesn’t shrink with distance; it only grows stronger.

We are cheering you on in your career, praying for your journey, and counting down the days until we’re reunited.
